United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Russell, 11-30030

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying defendant's motion to suppress, judgment is affirmed where defendant voluntarily consented to a search of his person at an airport and because a full-body pat-down, including the groin area outside defendant’s pants, was reasonable and did not exceed defendant's consent.
