Estrella v. Ollison, 10-56203
In an appeal from the district court's denial of petitioner's application for habeas relief, judgment is affirmed where the incorrect imposition of an upper term sentence based in part on the state court's conclusion that petitioners was on parole for a violent offense at the time of the crime was harmless error.
