United States Ninth Circuit
Parker v. Small, 10-17128
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying petitioner habeas relief from his enhanced conviction for first-degree murder, judgment is affirmed where the state court did not act contrary to clearly established federal law as when, in light of the context and circumstances, it held that the supplemental jury charge given at petitioner’s trial was not coercive.
