In an appeal from a judgment of the district court upholding an administrative determination that appellant's free and appropriate public education placement complied with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. section 1400 et seq., judgment is affirmed where: 1) the evidence supports the court's decision; and 2) it comports with the main purpose behind the IDEA.
