In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' constitutional challenge to President Obama's presidency, judgment is affirmed where plaintiffs lacked Article III standing, and because the court correctly dismissed plaintiffs' FOIA or RICO claims for failure to state a claim.
