In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting petitioner preliminary injunctive relief in a labor relations action, judgment is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion in finding that petitioner established a likelihood of success on the merits and a likelihood of irreparable harm, and that on the balance, the equities favor an injunction.
