Boyer v. Belleque, 10-35574

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying petitioner's application for habeas relief from his conviction for attempted aggravated murder, judgment is affirmed where conviction is supported by legally sufficient evidence because the prosecution presented evidence of specific intent to kill, as defined by state law.
