Seeboth v. Mayberg, 09-15330
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying appellant's petition for habeas relief from his indefinite civil confinement as a sexual predator, appeal is dismissed as moot where appellant is committed for an indeterminate term based on a proceeding that was legitimately commenced and the result of which is he does not challenge on appeal.
