Sentencing of defendant to 3 years in prison for the unlawful export of certain night-vision devices upon a guilty plea is affirmed where the court correctly interpreted the Guidelines set out in 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a) with a downward adjustment because of defendant's military service and little likelihood of recidivism, while rejecting defendant's other variance requests.
