In an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant of serving as an airman without an airman's certificate, 49 U.S.C. section 46306(b)(7), sentencing is vacated where the court erred by sentencing defendant pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 2A5.2, rather than U.S.S.G. section 2B1.1.
