In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's civil rights action for failure to state a claim, judgment is reversed as to the dismissal of plaintiff's right to access the courts, retaliation, and state law conversion claims and affirmed as to the order dismissing plaintiff's RICO claim.
