US v. Chaung, 10-50074

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant of economic espionage and other related offenses for transferring classified technological information to China, conviction and sentencing are upheld where: 1) conviction is supported by sufficient evidence; 2) defendant's Brady challenge fails; and 3) the court properly calculated defendant's offense level under the Sentencing Guidelines.
