In an appeal from a judgment of the district court compelling public disclsoure of bankruptcy documents containing allegations of child sexual abuse by two priests, judgment is affirmed on public safety concerns, Rule 26(c), regarding the first priest where the priest's name is redacted and reversed with respect to the second priest where no such concern exists, and where the court's release of certain punitive damages memorandum and attached documents is proscribed by 11 U.S.C section 107(b).
