US v. Baker, 10-10223

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant of misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine with a three-year probation sentence, conviction and suspicionless search condition are upheld but reversed as to a DNA collection condition where the court exceeded its statutory authority by imposing the condition.
