In an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant of importing marijuana, 21 U.S.C. sections 952 and 960, and possession of marijuana, 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1), conviction and sentencing are upheld where the court correctly declined defendant's proposed jury instruction on the defense of duress.
