In an appeal from a judgment of the district court vacating the bankruptcy court's order of discharge in favor of relief defendant, judgment is reversed where the exception to discharge under 11 U.S.C. section 523(a)(19)(A)(i) applies only to those who have themselves violated the securities laws.
