In an appeal from a judgment of the district court sentencing appellant to a term of 52 months in prison for illegal reentry after deportation, 8 U.S.C. section1326 as enhanced by 8 U.S.C. section 1326(b)(2), judgment is affirmed where appellant's prior conviction for attempted sexual abuse of a child is a "crime of violence" within the Sentencing Guidelines and the court correctly applied a 16-level enhancement pursuant to U.S.S.G. section 2L1.2(b)(1) (A)(ii).
