In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying defendant, a litigious indigent, in forma pauperis status on the basis of 28 U.S.C. section 1915(g), judgment is reversed where only two of the four subject dismissals identified by the district court qualify as "strikes" under Section 1915(g).
