In an appeal from the judgment of the district court denying petitioner's petition for habeas relief from his conviction of felony murder, judgment is reversed with respect to petitioner's death sentence where the State violated petitioner's Napue v. Illinois due process rights by knowingly presenting perjured inmate testimony during the penalty-phase hearing.
