In an appeal from the judgment of the district court convicting defendant of possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. section 841, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and other related-charges, conviction and sentencing are vacated where the court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress because warrantless search of defendant's vehicle was without probable cause.
