In an appeal from the judgment of the district court convicting appellant for illegal reentry after removal, 8 U.S.C. section 1326, judgment is affirmed where appellant, a native and citizen of Mexico, cannot cannot show that the entry of removal order was "fundamentally unfair" as required under Section 1326(d)(3).
