United States Ninth Circuit

Costello v. Napolitano, 09-56786

In an appeal from a judgment of the district upholding a decision of the BIA that the Child Status Protection Act, 8 U.S.C. section 1153(h), does not apply to Appellants’ "aged-out" children, judgment is affirmed where the BIA's interpretation of Section 1153(h) warrants deference.
