US v. Lafley, 10-30132

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court declining to suspend a condition of the terms of defendant's supervised release, judgment is affirmed where a convicted methamphetamine dealer is not entitled, under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, 42 U.S.C. sections 2000bb-2000bb-4, to use marijuana during his period of supervised release.
