In an appeal from a judgment of the district court striking plaintiff's defamation suit as anti-SLAPP, Cal. Civ. Proc. Code section 425.16, judgment is affirmed where plaintiff did not meet its prima facie burden and the court correctly awarded attorney's fees under 42 U.S.C. section 1988 and Section 425.16.
