Conviction and sentencing of defendant for illegal reentry, 8 U.S.C. section 1326, is upheld where district properly denied defendant's motion to dismiss because although defendant was entitled to judicial review of the predicate expedited removal orders underlying his Section 1326 prosecution, he failed to show any prejudice resulting from the alleged procedural flaws in the proceedings that resulted in the order of removal.
