In a consolidated dispute arising from three putative class-action complaints under California's Unfair Competition Law (UCL) and Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and the Federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), judgment of the district court denying class certification and dismissing action is reversed with respect to motions for class certification of the UCL claims in one action and the dismissal of a companion action on its CLRA claim, but affirmed in all other respects.
