Rosenbaum v. Washoe County, 10-15637
In a Section 1983 and state common law action arising from plaintiff's arrest for abuse, neglect or endangerment of a child, and obtaining money under false pretenses while plaintiff was scalping promotional tickets, judgment of the district court is reversed on the unlawful arrest claim where defendant is not entitled to qualified immunity and affirmed on the right to family integrity claim.
