In a challenge to the fairness and reasonableness of the settlement of a class-action products liability claim, judgment of the district court is reversed where it failed to adequately conduct a more searching inquiry into the fairness of the negotiated distribution of funds, as well as consider the substantive reasonableness of the attorney's fee request in light of the degree of success attained.
