In a labor and employment action alleging unlawful discharge in violation of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and plaintiff's due process rights to a pretermination hearing, summary judgment in favor of the defendant is affirmed on the FMLA claim but reversed with respect to the due process claim.
