United States Ninth Circuit
Blair v. Martel, 01-99003
In a petition for habeas relief from the first-degree murder conviction of petitioner, judgment of the district court denying petition is affirmed where no Supreme Court precedent supports petitioner's challenge that a delay in resolving the direct appeal from his murder conviction and death sentence by state Supreme Court denied him his right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment.
