United States Ninth Circuit
In Re: Mark Corrinet, 10-35568
In a dispute arising from the revocation of appellant’s district court bar license for not being a member of the state bar in which the district court sits, judgment of the court is reversed where the court abused its discretion by: 1) failing to issue a proper order to show cause; 2) failing to adhere to the rules regarding the discipline of attorneys; 3) failing to provide appellant with an adequate opportunity to present his case; and 4) failing to give appellant an adequate opportunity to comply with an order to gain membership in the State Bar.
