Vandevere v. Lloyd, 09-35957

In a challenge to state regulations that shorten the fishing year and limit the number of salmon commercial fishers may harvest, summary judgment in favor of the defendant is affirmed where regulations do not constitute an unconstitutional taking of property without just compensation and does not violate Plaintiffs’ due process rights.
