In a securities fraud action against defendants, judgment of the district court is affirmed where it properly granted defendant's motion for summary judgment on Rule 13b2-2 claim, and reversed where it improperly granted motions for judgment as a matter of law on Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 antifraud claims, Rule 13b2-2(a)(1) misrepresentation claims, and defendant's motion for summary judgment on Section 10(b) and Rule 10b-5 violations.
