In a dispute arising from an asset purchase agreement, judgment of the district court enjoining arbitration and denying defendants' motion to stay judicial proceedings under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. section 3, is reversed where the arbitration clause contained in an allocation agreement reserved the question of arbitrability for the arbitrators.
