Chudacoff v. University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, 09-17558

In a Section 1983 dispute arising from the from the suspension of plaintiff's medical staff privileges and involving against whom the plaintiff may bring action, judgment of the district court is affirmed in part and reversed in part because individually named doctor defendants who serve as voting members of credentialing committee may not be sued and where plaintiff failed to show that his due process injuries were the product of institutional policies.
