In a petition for habeas relief from the convictions of petitioner for first degree murder and attempted second degree robbery with gang enhancement, judgment of the district court denying petition is affirmed where convictions were the results of petitioner's specific intent to assist in criminal conduct by known gang members within the meaning of California Penal Code section 186.22(b)(1).
