In a collective bargaining dispute arising under section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, judgment of the district court is affirmed where the district court: 1) properly denied defendant's motion to strike plaintiff's jury demand; and 2) properly held that a decision by the National Labor Relations Board that the relevant collective bargaining agreement was not ratified at the initiation of action, did not collaterally estop plaintiff from re-litigating the issue in the district court.
