In a suit involving the Alien Tort Statute, 28 U.S.C. section 1350, alleging that defendant was complicit in the kidnapping, detention, torture, and killing of plaintiffs and/or their relatives during Argentina’s "Dirty War," judgment of the district dismissing action for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed where defendant is subject to personal jurisdiction through the contacts of its subsidiary.
