Fayer v. Vaughn, 10-15520

In an action for false arrest arising from the arrest of plaintiff by defendant-FBI agent for being in possession of and using fraudulent a identification card and credit card in violation of Nevada Revised Statutes section 205.465, a Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal by district court is affirmed because admission by plaintiff gave defendant probable cause to arrest him.
