In a petition for review of a BIA order affirming the denial of the application of petitioner, a citizen of India, for asylum, petition is denied where adverse credibility finding was supported by substantial evidence that petitioner lied in his application and denial of a continuance so that petitioner could put his father on the stand did not constitute a due process depravation.
