United States Ninth Circuit
Forest Grove School Dist. v. T.A., 10-35022
In a dispute involving a claim for reimbursement for tuition under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. section 1415(i)(2)(C), judgment of the district court is affirmed because holding that equitable considerations did not support an award of reimbursement on the basis that the parents of plaintiff enrolled him in a private school for non-educational reasons was not an abuse of discretion.
