In a labor and employment dispute alleging termination in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), judgment of the district court is affirmed where: 1) diversity jurisdiction existed since employee, not the state, was the real party in interest; 2) defendant reasonably accommodated plaintiff's disability; and 3) the court properly denied petition by employee to intervene.
