US v. Greer, 09-10095

Conviction and sentencing of defendant under the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. section 1951-1952, is upheld where: 1) a deficient mens rea jury instruction was not plain error nor did it negate specific extortion instruction; and 2) comments on the veracity of adverse witnesses by defendant did not constitute reversible error.
