United States Ninth Circuit
US v. Watson, 09-50666
In an appeal of a district court's revocation of defendant's supervised release and re-sentencing, district court is affirmed where, despite state custody of defendant, term of federal supervision was tolled until federal authorities arrested defendant because state arrests did not support an inference that federal authorities had actual or constructive knowledge of defendant's presence.
