United States Ninth Circuit
Alameda Books v. City of Los Angeles, 09-55367
In a challenge to a city ordinance for the dispersal of adult entertainment businesses, alleging violations of the First Amendment, grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs-booksellers is reversed where the district court erred in granting summary judgment on the issue whether the plaintiffs had presented "actual and convincing" evidence "casting doubt" on the City’s rationale for its Ordinance.
