United States Ninth Circuit

US v. Liu, 09-10136

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to import, transfer, and sell high quality counterfeit United States currency is affirmed where: 1) any delay in the prosecution of defendant resulting from the ongoing nature of the conspiracy was reasonable; 2) the district court did not err when it failed to give a multiple conspiracy instruction because there was no potential for spillover guilt in this case.
