In an action under 49 U.S.C. section 14704(a) against a trucking company alleging that certain motor carriers’ standard form lease agreements violated the Truth-in-Leasing regulations in various respects, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) defendant's revised lease complied with the disclosure requirements of 49 C.F.R. section 376.12(h); 2) defendant's revised lease complied with the documentation requirements of 49 C.F.R. section 376.12(h); and 3) restitution and disgorgement are not permitted under 49 C.F.R. section 14704(a)(1).
