Sullivan v. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., 08-35413

In an action alleging improper denial of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) benefits, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff was not entitled to FMLA benefits because her new employer, for whom she worked for less than 12 months, was not a successor in interest of her former employer.
