US v. Bohn, 09-30397

Defendant's convictions for failure to wear a motorcycle helmet while riding on a federal road in a national park, and for refusing to obey a lawful order, are affirmed where, pursuant to its powers under the Property Clause, the federal government may enforce the regulations at issue on land over which it has merely proprietary jurisdiction.
