United States Ninth Circuit

Millender v. County of L.A., 07-55518

In an action against the County of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, and several individual members of the Sheriff's Department, alleging violations of plaintiffs' civil rights based on the use of an improper search warrant, a denial of qualified immunity for defendants is affirmed where the challenged sections of the warrant were "so lacking in indicia of probable cause as to render official belief in its existence unreasonable."
